Wendy's in North Carolina

"There was a very long line of cars at the drive-thru on a Tuesday afternoon. When my order was taken I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the woman on the other end amidst a very busy day for them. The man who handled payment and gave me my order was also very pleasant and polite. The food was hot and well-constructed. The positive experience took me by surprise enough for me to write this review."

"I tried their ghost pepper chicken sandwich with American cheese. I loved it ..maybe more but.. certainly as much as the Popeyes spicy/hot chicken sandwich. It's now my favorite AND it had romaine lettuce (crunchy and extra vitamins) plus tomato as well. I highly recommend it! Yum. Fries were great, as always.."

"I cannot tell you how happy i am with the service i just received from Wendy’s. Ive been eating here on and off since i was a child, and the past few years its been nothing short of disappointing. Food was almost always incorrect, wait times were abhorrent, and the workers were nothing short of disrespectful. But today i stopped in, the lady at the drive through was extremely helpful and friendly, my food was correct (and absolutely delicious), and i was in and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes. I don’t know if management has changed or what happened but hats off to the whole team at Wendy’s, i am beyond impressed."

"This Wendy’s used to be painfully slow, but it’s time for me to say that they really have substantially improved in recent months! I consider the food and service to be quite GOOD now! It’s clean, and fast. I’m really impressed with the changes for the better! They are also using door dash now for food delivery, and with their location, it doesn’t take long at all to get a door dash meal delivered."

"Wendy's West Jefferson always works so hard to take care of their customers. They always go the extra mile to take care of us And Lord knows this location is super busy and half the time they're short staffed so it says a lot about the people who work there."

"Food is decent & the place is really clean. Service is definitely on the slower side so be prepared for a wait. Staff is friendly though & orders are usually correct. I would recommend overall."

"Since Allen Bare has become the managers things have improved drastically."
